NORA was started by Ovi, who spent years watching talented operators in Romania (and everywhere else) lose nights to admin: posting manually, guessing at cash flow, rewriting the same brand blurb for the tenth channel, and paying agency retainers they could not sustain. The insight was simple: the bottleneck is not model quality anymore — it is orchestration and memory.
