Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NORA AI platform and related services (“Service”) offered by NORA AI at noraai.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

NORA provides AI-assisted tools for business workflows (including marketing, brand, finance, and related agents). Features may change over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@noraai.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Access to paid features may end when the subscription lapses.

We may offer free credits for limited use of AI or related features. Unless we state otherwise, free accounts receive up to twenty (20) credits per UTC calendar month as described in the product; limits may reset monthly and unused credits may not roll over. Promotional or bonus credits may have different limits or expiry as stated in the product or at checkout.

If you are eligible for a refund under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction, we will honour those rights. Otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable after seven (7) days from the date of the initial payment for that subscription period, except where we are required by law to provide a longer cooling-off or refund right. Chargebacks or disputes may result in suspension of the account pending resolution.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
• Upload malware, probe, or attack our systems, or scrape the Service in breach of these Terms;
• Use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, or infringing content;
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent usage limits, security, or billing except as permitted by law;
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent;
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.

Outputs from artificial intelligence may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publication or business use. NORA AI does not guarantee specific business results, rankings, revenue, or legal compliance of AI outputs. Professional advice (legal, financial, tax) should be obtained where appropriate.

We retain all rights in the Service, software, and branding. Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use outputs generated for your business in accordance with our documentation. You grant us a licence to process your inputs and content as needed to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NORA AI and its suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if greater, mandatory minimums under consumer law).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk, or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the European Union member state where NORA AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
